General Customer FAQ


When will my order be shipped?
	All orders placed on our website will be shipped with the specified shipping method within 24-48 hours. Most of the time we can promise same-day shipping however it depends on what time of day you place your order. Orders shipping to domestic locations (within the United States) will generally ship by USPS Priority mail, which takes approximately 2-3 days. Fedex is also an option for domestic orders if faster shipping is necessary. All international shipments will be shipped by Fedex and that generally takes 4-10 days depending on your location.
What's the status of my order and do you have a tracking number?
	You may check the status of your order online if you created a customer account with Surfing Smooth during checkout. This also allows you to retrieve the USPS or Fedex tracking number for your package. Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping? (ie: I'm going on vacation...)
	We do offer expedited shipping if you have a special request. Our shopping cart does offer expedited shipping options for you during checkout. If for any reason you don't see the option you want during checkout, you should contact our Customer Support Team immediately so we can help you get the items you want by your deadline.
Can someone help me with sizing, and do you have a size chart?

The shopping cart isn't allowing my coupon or special discount, what should I do?
	First, make sure you're following the rules of the promotion you wish to access. If you're experiencing a problem, it may be due to certain items in your cart 'not qualifying' for that promotion. All current special offers and promotions are explained in detail here: Surfing Smooth Specials. If you know you've followed all the steps necessary and you still aren't getting the coupon or discount to work, please contact Surfing Smooth Support and explain the problem so we can help you take advantage of the specials.
The rash guards are too small, how may I exchange them for larger sizes?
	Well, we tried to warn you so your out of luck... Just kidding. We fully understand how important it is to have comfortably fitting rash guards so we've created a convenient exchange process for you. Do your rash guards work in swimming pools? How do they last in chlorine and what do you recommend?
	Our rash guards do work in swimming pools, hot tubs, jucuzzi's, rivers, lakes, the ocean, bath tubs, and just about anywhere and everywhere you want to get wet. Even though our rash guards are great for pools and chlorinated water, we advise you follow these instructions if the water you're using them in is chlorinated. 1) Rinse the garment out completely with fresh water after exposure to chlorine. 2) DO NOT allow the garment to dry in the sun light because this will cause it to dry out to much and may comprimise the integrity of the stitching and fabric quality. 3) Educate others who use the garment about these two chlorine rules.
Do your rash guards offer sun protection? What is the SPF (sun protection factor) and do you have proof?
	Surfing Smooth uses advanced technology and proprietary fabrics to ensure total SPF protection for you and your whole family. The most recent rating our garments received from the Australian Laboratory of Radiation is 97.5% UV/UVA protection. If you have no idea what that means... That's an oustanding rating! This rating means that you can wear Surfing Smooth rash guards in the harshest direct sun light and you will not be burned through the garment. I received the wrong item and I need it replaced with the correct item I ordered.

When I go to checkout from eBay there is no size option... what do I do?
	eBay is a tricky marketplace when you're buying or selling products with size, sleeve, and color options. We use our best technical skills to allow you options during checkout on eBay, however sometimes it doesn't work as smoothly as we would like. A simple solution that saves time would be to just go ahead with the checkout process and when you see the "Order Notes" box, enter your requested size/color/sleeve requests into that box. Every order is reviewed by our shipping department and they will see whatever notes you leave them. Please contact Surfing Smooth Support if you have further problems.
Are you a real company? (not frequently asked)
	No. Just kidding... YES! We are real company with real people. We have a return policy, money back guarantee, real top quality products and a brilliant staff of tech officers and customer support representitives.
The shipping charges in the cart are not correct, how can we fix this?
	Domestic shipping is calculated differently than International shipping. For domestic shipping we use USPS Priority Mail unless you specify otherwise. International shipping will be shipped by Fedex. We often provide Free Shipping promotions which will change from time to time, however the general rule is that if promotion allows Free Shipping for domestic orders, International shipping becomes discounted by 50%. Do you offer wholesale / private label rash guards?
	YES! We service many companies, groups, associations and organizations of all sizes. 	Yes we sure can. We do this for many large and small companies all over the world. Are your rash guards durable? Will they work for grappling and martial arts?
	Surfing Smooth rash guards are very durable. It's taken us years to perfect our stitching and fabric technology but we've finally reached our absolute best results ever.
