product qualifies for a refund based on the following:
The product must not have been worn or
submerged in water, or washed in any manner. Must not be damaged, torn,
marked, ripped, scratched, stained, or compromised in any way. You must have
the original purchase receipt and you must include a copy with the return
package. You must print, fill out, and include the exchange form found on our Return Policy page and include it completely filled out or you will not receive an exchange or refund. Your payment must have been made electronically. We do not issue
checks or money orders.
If your situation does not bend any of the
listed requirements above you may send you product back with a copy of the
receipt and a note requesting a full product refund.
All returns, refunds, and store credits must
be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the shipment of product. Any item returned for exchange or refund must be unused and
without damage of any kind.
